Revving Up For May of MIC Miracles
The second annual May of MIC Miracles campaign is in full force. This year the month long project is targeting youth violence and asking all conference schools to add their Voice Against Violence. Once again the MIC Network is teaming up with Title Partner Papa John’s for this special offer. When someone orders a Papa John’s pizza online or through their mobile app, and uses their school’s code, the person will receive a 40% discount on their order and 10% will be donated to that school’s designated anti-violence organization. The school which raises the most money for their designated organization will receive an additional financial contribution from Papa John’s.
“With all the news reports circulating about violence against youth, the MIC Network is thrilled to back this student-led initiative. It shows that our students really do care about important community issues and want to make an impact,” cites MIC Network Executive Director, Dennis Jarrett.
Last year’s campaign resulted in two charities receiving a total of $5000.
The campaign runs through Thursday, May 31st.
